WHY DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Creating an account allows you to have a more seamless shopping experience. When you have an account, you can store your billing address, add multiple shipping addresses, join our mailing list, check your order status, and even create a wish list that you can easily share with friends. Also, we can contact you if there's a problem with your order. It's quick and easy. Just click here to create your account.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HIT “SUBMIT”?

Your order is processed as quickly as possible, so there’s only a 15 minute window during our business hours to apply changes to your order (like changing the shipping address or requesting a cancelation). If you want to make a change, please call Customer Service at 1-855-448-4464. Our team is available to help Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. If you want to cancel your order but missed the 15 minute window (or placed your order outside of our normal business hours), don’t stress about it! Once the order is delivered, we can process it as a return.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

You will receive an order confirmation via email with all the details of your order.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN EMAIL REGARDING MY ORDER?

There are usually two reasons for not receiving a confirmation email: 1. you may have an outdated email address on file, or 2. you may have a spam blocker filtering emails from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and to turn off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from reaching you.

IF I RETURN MERCHANDISE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We can process store credit refunds immediately for items that are returned to our warehouse according to our return policy. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?

Please contact a LNT Customer Support representative right away and we’ll make things right. Click here to view our returns/exchange policy and instructions. LNT must receive all returns and exchanges (including the replacements of missing or damaged items) within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt.

CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

Yes, we would be happy to place an order on your behalf. Simply call our Customer Support team at 1-855-448-4464 during our business hours (8am - 6pm M-F CST and 8a-5p SS CST).
Once you let us know which items you’d like, we will send a secured payment link to your email. You will need to choose a payment method to continue with the process.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully placed. And then all done! Just wait for your order to arrive.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders take 1-5 business days to process. You should receive your order within 5 to 14 days. LNT may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order, so please keep your account information updated! All order communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current.

We ship to all 50 states in the continental U.S. (Some oversized items may not be available for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.)

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?

We don't ship to P.O Boxes due to the size and weight of our products.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer free shipping on orders over $149.00. If you have a LNT rewards program membership, you get free shipping on some items exclusively. Standard shipping for orders below $149.00 starts at $7.00.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

If you have a LNT account online, you can check the status of your order and track the shipment here. You will also receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped so that you can track it online.

WHY DOESN'T THE SHIPPING COMPANY WEBSITE RECOGNIZE THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR AN ORDER I PLACED?

Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, tracking information may take 1-2 days to update from the time the shipment was initiated.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX ON MY PURCHASE?

Yes. Sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws where the order is being shipped. The tax shown online is only a quote and may differ slightly from the total charged, usually by no more than a few cents.

MY COUPON CODE WAS NOT APPLIED. CAN I STILL ADD IT WHEN MY ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED?
